| NSCA (formally know as GROUP) was formed over two years ago as a way for neighbors to come together and share their concerns about their neighborhood. NSCA provides an outlet for neighbors to become more active in handling problems such as trash, graffiti, abandoned cars and other neighborhood nuisances. NSCA also focuses on bringing friends in the neighborhood together by having community gatherings such as block clean ups and group gardening sessions, holiday parties, movie nights in the park, and nights out on the block. NSCA not only helps you find solutions to your neighborhood problems, it helps you relate better with your neighbors. |
